About Us

Our company was founded based on a need to develop the next generation of leaders and operators throughout the fire service.  With experience in all ranks waining through attrition and younger and younger officers promoting in our organizations, we needed a proven way to make our people better.  It is no longer practical to think that a member's aptitude is enough to make them successful without experience.  Conversations on command and control and the Incident Command System must happen before a significant incident or event.  

FST's primary purpose is to provide help where the need is greatest and ensure our people are ready for anything.
